Job Description

• Participate in development, testing, and support of applications, components, and services
• Participate in prototyping of new features and functions, with focus on enabling and implementing unique client-side behaviors into the user experience
• Development of real time and near real time applications
• Leverage full technical knowledge and thorough understanding of business application of projects
• Assist in estimating, scheduling, and coordinating projects, from a technical perspective
• Own, deliver, represent, and support components in the pre-inception, inception, elaboration, construction, transition, and post-deployment phase of an iterative product lifecycle
• Participate in development of software documentation and training
• Work with customers, internal partners, and other technical staff to resolve problem with software and systems, and respond with suggestions for improvements and enhancements to the solutions and services
• Assist with the continuous refinement of the enabling and supporting processes
• Willing to work with on-site team in the evenings and weekends on demand basis

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Java/ J2EE with good design experience.
• Good team player being quality conscious and selfdriven.
• Perform Research and Development on newest technical components and make recommendations such as report engine, UI frame work, security, open-source components and Open Standards/frame works
• The candidate must have good experience of hands on of Coding & Debugging Skills in Java/J2EE, JSP, Hibernate, Java Beans etc.
• Work with US team from India and act as point of contact for one or more projects
• Should have integration and deployment Skills using one of the – BEA Web logic, Apache TOMCAT, JBoss and Web Sphere
• Should have working experience in multiple operating systems, Windows, Unix and Linux/Solaris
• Should have experience in writing SQL/PLSQL queries and debugging.
• Familiarity with Version control using CVS/VSS, and bug/issue reporting and tracking tools like Bugzilla etc.
• Strong analytical, problem solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills with proficient in MS Office Suite
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, motivational, and facilitation skills

UI/Frontend Developers

General Summary

Looking for a senior frontend developer with expert level knowledge of HTML / HTML5,  CSS,  JavaScript  & JQuery. The individual will be responsible for UI design and Frontend development of our industry leading security software products, implement new features in our current applications. Working knowledge on Java, J2EE based technologies is desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Work with onsite and off shore teams and act as point of contact for one or more projects.
• Developing and maintaining Javascript framework for the application
• Developing and maintaining HTML5, CSS,  Javascript, and JQuery scripting for the application and handling all cross browser compatibility issues

Requirements:

• At least five years of professional work experience as a web developer
• Expert knowledge in HTML5, JavaScript and JQuery
• Expert knowledge in HTML5 / CSS , including HTML5 and CSS3
• Advanced understanding of front-end optimization techniques and cross-browser compatibility
• Good to have :Experience with any of the Javascript framework JavaScript MVC, Angularjs, Bootstrap, Backbone, Underscore or the like
• Good to have: Experience with any javascript unit testing and documentation framework.
• Experience using Java, SQL is an advantage

Position : PMO 

• End to end execution of ISO Certification roll out | implementation and Auditing is a Must. Candidate must be hands on with templates, documents and artifacts along with SDLC process and Agile.
• Having strong Project Management skills
• Strong effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
• Experience in all phases of Release Management.
• Should have Experience as Scrum master.
• Ability to understand and appropriately respond to customer needs
• Ability to influence stakeholders across all levels in particular senior business managers
• Demonstrates thought-leadership, initiative, independence, and willingness to learn
• Ability to focus effort on process effectiveness and efficiency and document them as ISO processes.
• Program office familiarity of IDM /Security/GRC from past assignments is a big Plus.
• Person has to work with PMO office in USA and Quality Management department and requires good knowledge of processes, standards and artifacts creation. Person should be good as individual contributor.
